This sport activity consists of around
25 minutes of exercises
in water (thermal swimming pool 28° - 30° C). A quite demanding lesson including warming-up, toning up and relaxation.
It acts on the cardio-circulatory system by increasing heartbeats and breathing. Leaves a fairly high sense of weariness.
Not suitable for everyone as some health conditions are contraindicated. So, it is advisable to ask the doctor or the trainer before beginning a lesson. Please wear bathing suit and cap.
