Our banqueting services offer a menu rate that includes the whole of our facilities and equipment – which are resources that surely contribute to the success of your event.
The restaurant can be laid out with round tables for 2, 4, 6 or 8 persons and Thonet chairs. For wedding receptions the newlyweds can enjoy a table just for themselves or for 4 to celebrate with their witnesses.
Moreover, at Buffet Cocktail Events beverages and dishes are located at strategic locations together with comfortable support tables where guests can put their dishes and glasses.
When the event takes place outdoors (for example in the splendid surroundings of the Romantica Thermal Park), large white umbrellas are provided with flood-lighting in the evening.
The table settings of cotton and linen, the elegant quality steel cutlery, the crystal goblets and the fine porcelain dishes also play their role in making your event unique.
We are also pleased to provide each guest with a personalized colour menu with the names of the newlyweds on high quality paper.
Every course is prepared individually by our Chef and his staff in our two hotel kitchens; for outdoor events, we provide a fully equipped kitchen on the spot.
Our Banqueting Manager Mr. Crescenzo Piro personally takes care of the whole organization, closely supported by our Head Waiter who coordinates our team of experienced waiters ensuring careful, elegant and efficient service.
Classic or innovative? In either case we tailor-make the event to meet your special requirements and, in the case of wedding banquets, to uniquely serve the wishes of the newlyweds leaving everyone with unforgettable memories.

We listen to our guests and implement their preferences concerning location, programme, style, menu and atmosphere.
Our menu rates vary according to the number of Guests ranging from a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 250 persons. For children aged under 10 we are pleased to provide entertainment services and a personalised menu included in the agreed rates; and children under 2 are free.
Information and personalised proposals
We consider each event as unique. While we are able to offer specific and detailed proposals, we are also very flexible and available to plan together with our guests the whole programme with a tailor-made menu.
